Regular Maintenance for Optimal Performance

Flowmate is designed to keep rainwater flowing freely, but regular maintenance is essential for continuous performance:

• Clean your gutters regularly to prevent debris build-up.

• Check your downpipes to ensure they’re clear and free-flowing.

• Set a cleaning schedule to maintain optimal results.

⚠️ Note: If your downpipes or underground drains are clogged with debris, this can affect Flowmate’s performance. In such cases, clear out the blockage to restore proper water flow.

Our Warranty Promise

If, despite following our installation and maintenance guidelines, your gutters overflow, we’ll refund your purchase (minus actual shipping costs for orders that received free shipping).

Australian Consumer Law Notice

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
