Free Shipping

• Australia: Free Standard Shipping on orders 3+ Flowmates

• New Zealand: Free Standard Shipping on orders 3+ Flowmates

• International (excluding NZ): Free shipping on orders over A$200

Flat Rate Shipping

• Australia:

  • Standard Shipping (orders under A$120): A$9.00

  • Express Shipping (orders under A$120): A$14.00

  • Express Shipping (orders over A$120): A$6.00

• International (excluding NZ): Orders under A$200 incur a flat A$19.50 shipping fee

Delivery Times – Australia

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (depending on location)

• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days (to most metro areas)

• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 11am AEST on weekdays are usually dispatched the same day.

Signature on Delivery

Orders over A$200 or deliveries to unit/apartment blocks may require a signature on delivery (unless otherwise requested) to reduce the risk of theft.

Address Accuracy & Parcel Collection

• Correct Address: Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.

• Parcel Lockers: If using a parcel locker, please collect your parcel promptly to avoid return-to-sender charges.

• Return Costs: If a parcel is returned due to address issues or non-collection, Australia Post charges approximately A$20, which must be paid by the customer before the order is re-shipped.
